National Premier League (NPL) National Finals

City FC has just completed the majority of their north division NPL South Central games against Oklahoma Opposition.

Congratulations to the players and or teams that will be representing us this year.

Storm FC teams representing City FC this year are:

- Girls representing the City FC 03 Girls team are, Chelsea Campos (GK); KK (Def) Delizia (Winger) Kadence Cline (Mid) and Jordan (Target Striker).

National Premier League (NPL) National Finals

City FC had three boys tems represent at the US Club Soccer National Finals in Aurora Colorado in July 2016. The teams represented were the '00 Boys (with the age change rules they are now the '99 Boys) who played the number 1 and 2 team in the country, taking the lead against Manhatten Villa 99 before losing 4-1 and tying Washington East 99 boys. The teams we played against were alread calendar year organised. National Premier League (NPL)

Storm FC was represented well in all age groups at our City FC Elite NPL Tryouts the past four weekends. It would have been great to have all of our players make the teams but with four other clubs players also trying out it may be that only the top 3-4 from each club could make it. National Premier League (NPL)

Storm FC has joined with three other clubs to create an affiliation (City FC) for the betterment of all our players. The affiliation will mean that together we can offer our players the chance to tryout and be on a All-Star academy team selected from the affilaite clubs.

The clubs are:

Odyssey SC (North West DFW)
Texas Spirit FC (North East DFW)
And of course Storm FC (DFW South and Far West)

The league we will participate in will be the South Central League. Teams in the league are:

Oklahoma FC (Oklahoma)
Tulsa Blitz (Oklahoma)
Liverpool FC (Dallas)
City FC (Dallas)
Space City SC (Houston)
Express SC (Houston
Eclipse SC (Houston)
Houston Dynamos (Houston)

The league games will be covered over 5 weekends in the year and will not conflict with regular league play. This league is run by US Club Soccer and is not associated with North Texas Soccer Association.

Players are encouraged to attend the Player iD Camps to tryout for a spot on the team. The new clubs press release can be found here.

Aston Villa Soccer Schools Summer Camp

Our newest partnershp with English Premier Leagues Aston Villa FC begins with an Aston Villa Soccer Schools camp, Coaches from Aston Villa FC will be accompanying the team to Dallas when they take on FC Dallas in July. The AVFC Coaches will hold three sessions from 21st July -25 July at Arlington Soccer Complex (Harold Patterson). The camp will have

1. Half Day Camp 9am-12pm

2. Half Day evening Camp 5:30-8:30pm

3. Full Day Camp 9-12, 1-4pm

The camp is open to first come first serve and will have a maximum number of 20 kids per coach per session (2 coaches). The Coaches are from the elite development side of the club and we will have a visit from an AVFC player at camp as well.

Glasgow Rangers Summer Soccer ID Camp and developmental camp

Our partnershp with Glasgow Rangers FC is hosting a Soccer ID camp, Coaches from Scotland will be fling over to hold the camp at Arlington Soccer Complex (Harold Patterson) June 3-5th. To register Click Here.

Newest partnership with All Nation Soccer Ministries

Storm FC and All Nation Soccer Ministries have become partners through our Futbol in the community program to supply their mission work in Nigeria with uniforms and soccer apparel so they can help spread the word of Jesus.

This program now joins are growing list of projects in our Futbol in the community programs.

- Fall harvest food drive in partnership with the Salvation Army

- Cleats for a cause (currently at 75 pairs please contact Robert Maloy and Hayley for more information)

- Summer School supply drive in partnership with the Daniel home for adoption and foster children

- JB6 month giving out wrist bands to our opponants and wearing pink in honor of Jonathan Baggett

Academy Teams Forming

Storm FC has Academy Soccer Teams from under 7 through under 10 boys and girls. Our teams are loocated in either Ellis County, Weatherford area or Mansfield/Arlington area.

Academy Soccer is for those players looking to take the next step from Recreational soccer. Teams play against other academy club teams throughout the year. Storm FC has professional coaches that coach these teams.

Skills Training

Storm FC has various Skills training sessions for club players and community players that want to improve technique, skill, speed upon other things. Our soccer training covers from individual private sessions to small group training, group training, team training, coaches clinics, goalie training and Speed, Agilty & Quickness training (SAQ). Storm West Division Opens

Storm FC now offers teams in the Weatherford area. The club has started with academy teams from the 1st January 2013. Call Terri Sample for more information.

#OTD 2013 00 boys Penna in classic league then same date in 2016 made it to Division 1 of classic league. This team had success for many years with players now playing college or for Our UPSL team.
